The 5 day event ‘ Bouge Ta France !( Move Your France) brought several thousands of Christians from all over the country and beyond to the town of Le Havre in Normandy. In spite of the rather cold weather and less young people than expected the event will be for many participants a stepping stone in their journey of faith.
3 of us shared the stage during the event, ministering God’s Word in the stadium morning and evening.
Thursday night I encouraged the young people to ‘ Run into their Calling’. On Friday, July 14th, ‘ Bastille Day’ in France, Nick Vujicic preached the Gospel. I met him shortly before he entered the stadium. A truly inspiring man.
More than 40 workshops were open to the participants throughout the week. I led a ‘ GospelTALK, Captivate Your Audience’ workshop. I had such a great time teaching what I believe to be the keys to better communicate the Gospel in public.
One of the highlights was to go along with 25 young people down to the sea front where I had the joy to baptise Odélia, a young girl who hopes to serve the Lord in Cambodia.
‘ Bouge Ta France! ’ Phase One is now over. Phase Two now begins with dozens of outreaches and projects all over the country.
On Thursday I fly back to Cambodia.
